Ian Chen is a Taiwanese-Canadian composer based in Los Angeles. His recent credits include the Taiwanese period drama Trade War (2024), Netflix’s Futmalls (2020), and additional music and orchestration for projects such as Daredevil: Born Again (Disney+, 2025), Emperor of Ocean Park (MGM+, 2024), and Five Nights at Freddy’s (2023).

 

His work has been recognized with the Best Score Award at the 18th Independent Music Awards and a finalist nomination for Music of the Year at the 2020 Game Audio Network Guild Awards. Ian’s music can be heard on major platforms including Disney+, Netflix, Amazon, and leading Asian networks.
